

Heather Grace's educational philosophy is communicative and
student-centered learning. She engages students in each lesson
encouraging activity based learning. Having taught and tutored students
from South East Asia, Central America, the United States and elsewhere,
she strives to make each student comfortable while simultaneously
challenging them.
Heather Grace earned a Bachelor of Social Work (B.S.W) and Bachelor of
Arts (B.A.) in Political Science at Western Michigan University. She
graduated with honors. Completing her Master of Arts (M.A.) in
Interdisciplinary Studies – Specializing in Education, emphasis in Art and
Counseling and concentrating in Multi -cultural and Women's Studies from
DePaul University allows her to examine the most effective strategies in
teaching.
Certified by the University of Cambridge (CELTA) English Language
Teaching to Adults, internationally recognized, Ms. Grace is well-versed
and exceptional in EFL/ESL teaching which she measures by her students'
success and mastery of the English Language.
