“I learned the most from teacher Heather.
She always encouraged us and taught us
to be brave speaking English.
Now I speak louder and I like learning English."

"Ms. Grace truly leads discussions with enthusiasm.  She has a remarkable ability to engage her audience in the topic at
hand and provide full and accurate information.  She is truly an expert in her area - career planning and diversity issues.

Ms. Grace  has demonstrated and proven her ability to reach and engage her audience in active learning. Her expertise and

“I witnessed Ms. Grace’s resourcefulness in event planning, her ability to engage, educate, train and motive a diverse
volunteer base, and her diplomacy in some very stressful situations.  Ms. Grace has excellent communication and
organizational skills and I often heard from her staff how much they enjoyed working with her and appreciated her
management style. Additionally, because of Ms. Grace’s commitment to success, our teams educated and mobilized
citizens to get involved in the legislative process at more than 40 events in 17 states.”

“Heather has a diverse repertoire of academic and work experience that makes her not only a gem to work with, but also
from whom to learn.   Heather inspires those around her to back up their statements with research, to develop
professionally, and to try to see issues that impact our students from the student perspective.
These are gifts she brings to her work.”

What people are saying!
Heather Grace Lynch & ESL Student
"It was a great pleasure to work with Heather during the
initiation, planning, and completion of the First Annual
Huron Valley Earth Day Festival.

We were a small team with big ideas and with Heather's
leadership, communication skills, and positive energy we
actually created a very successful event.

We started planning on April 2nd and with Heather giving us our "next steps" we had volunteers, green
vendors/organizations, musicians, advertising, donations and a great community turnout of more than 500 in only 20 days!

This was a first time experience for me and at first it seemed a little scary to take it on, but with Heather's direction, we all
learned, we stretched, and we created a wonderful result!"
